Frequent Questions
• Do you shoot anything other than weddings?
Yes we do! We love shooting corporate all the way to intimate family sessions.
• Do you help in the planning process?
Absolutely! If there is anything we can do to help make your process easier be it a wedding or a legacy film we would love to jump in and help.
• What if we need to reschedule or cancel our shoot or wedding?
If you have already put a retainer down on a date that retainer in non-refundable but you will have the option to change to date once without putting down a new retainer.
• What to wear for shoots?
We are more than happy to help with styling and what to wear for your shoot. Just let us know and we can give you some guidance.
• Can you photoshop us?
We do not alter your natural look other than something that tis temporary such as a blemish, bruise, acne, etc unless you would like us to keep it. If there is something that you are self conscious about, please let us know before the shoot so we can be aware of it for posing.
• How does payment work?
For weddings and Legacy films we require a $1,000 retainer with the remainder due 1 month before the event date. For other shoots we require 50% upon booking and 50% 1 week before the shoot date.
• What is your turnaround time?
This all depends on our travel schedule, holidays, and the time of the season (how busy we are). Typically we like to shoot for Legacy films to be done within 1 month, wedding films within 12-16 weeks. Our photography we try to get complete within 3-5 weeks.
• How long have you been a photographer/videographer
We have been shooting for the better part of a decade but the company has been up and going for the past 8 years or so.
• Where are you based out of? Do you travel for shoots?
We are based out of Central Florida but we travel all over and often. Our favorite places to shoot are the mountains and in the water but shoot all over. We are always willing to get as adventurous as our clients are willing!
• Do you offer discounts?
No our prices are firm.
